Whole projects, from beginning concept and design through final installation, are Turn Key's specialty. Many of our projects are in island locations and other remote places that require expert installation coordination to make a vision become a reality.

Turn Key's design ingenuity, coupled with their efficiency in operations and logistics, make for a winning result tailored to fit our clients' needs.

We are now looking at taking our expertise further into our design & build business, where we can be the one stop shop for the client, with all aspects of the projects handled internally.

Our extensive experience in working with corporate coupled with our investments in research and resources allow us to understand user requirements and their patterns of work so we can translate their identity into the spaces we create. With the biggest corporate clientele under our umbrella, we are clearly the market leaders in this arena. Our people strong team comprising of project managers, architects, designers and engineers is led by specialists in each of these fields. Our infrastructure allows us to handle more than 50 projects across the country, all simultaneously. Each of our projects is managed by an independent construction manager and with a strong logistics back-up, we are able to utilize our central warehouse facility to provide raw materials for our projects across India.
